  • We listen to your ideas about the project.
  • Materials and design are discussed.
Step 2:
  • Ball park estimate is discussed.
  • Basic concept and design are discussed.
Step 3:
  • The Design Build agreement is signed.
  • Preliminary drawings and scope of project and
  • commercial roofing design are started.
  • Owner approval to proceed with drawings.
Step 4:
  • Finalized drawings are presented to Owner.
  • Minor refinements are made.
  • Approximate start and completion dates are discussed.
